Denver Seminar Eta Beta Rho
Denver Seminary’s chapter of the Eta-Beta-Rho (EBR) Honors Society is for anyone interested in Hebrew language, culture, and tradition (ancient & modern). The EBR Honors Society was founded by the National Association of Professors of Hebrew (NAPH) for the purpose of promoting the teaching and learning of Hebrew language, culture, and tradition in academic institutions.
All are welcome to the meetings - there is no Hebrew requirement to participate this semester.
MEETINGS: The EBR chapter will meet every other Thursday, from 12:00pm-1:00pm MT.
Our first meeting will take place on Thursday, February 3rd at 12noon MT on ZOOM. Dr. Dallaire will discuss of the book of Joshua, touching on topics such as genocide, warfare, mentoring, and intertextuality. She is currently on sabbatical working on a commentary of Joshua, so come and hear more about what she has been studying.
